numerous potholes

very large potholes forming at the end of Woburn St (right before the stop sign near Playstead Rd) - deep enough to damage cars

Salem St between the Malden line and the Fellsway West is some of the worst pavement in the entire city. This whole section of road needs to be repaved ASAP. Why was it not repaved when we had crews doing repaving Haines Sq last week?

Huge potholes

Large utility trench depressed with larger pot hole in it. There several in this location previously reported and request not resurfaced.

Deep pothole in the middle of the street

These steel plates have been here for a long time now - I assume because the work in progress underneath them isn't finished yet. But in the meantime, they are a problem for cyclists. In the southbound direction it's obvious why; but even in the northbound direction it's a problem - I keep having oncoming cars suddenly swerve directly into my path because they don't see the plates until the last minute but they don't want to slow down and they don't want to drive over them. If they're going to be here this long, shouldn't they at least have asphalt around the edges to make them easier to drive/bike across? Thanks!
