    Can someone PLEASE fix Harvard Terrace? The potholes are deep and rocky. The road is practically undrivable. It's only a 275ft long stretch, why are there are so many reports in, some dating back months, and no one is doing anything about it?

    This is a known problem. Fix it!

    I just received an indication that you closed the issue I reported last year, but nothing has been fixed, and the pothole is even larger than I reported last year. As far as I can tell, nothing was ever done. So why was this marked as resolved. Here's the original report I made:

    DESCRIPTION
    large depression on road which fills with water after rain. erosion near manhole cover. this is twice the sizes of used to be since National Grid paved three other sites of the road. I believe use of heavy equipment caused this.
