Large potholes all over the street

Outside 10 Golden Ave Medford MA, large pothole size: 3 feet by 2 feet, and 7" inches deep and has asphalt large rocks debris across the street.

Boston Ave has a big hole goes down more then six inches Boston Ave is riddled with pot holes Please drive down this street from Harvard st to west Medford

Potholes on fading sidewalk.

Pothole near sewer has been there for months. It is unavoidable if cars are parked on both sides of street.

Large pothole

The town did some construction the other day on Emerald street and left tar/asphalt remains all over the road. It’s on the sidewalk and the road. The patch work also looks horrible and tire marks are on the street from new pavement. Definitely need to clean that up. Unacceptable to leave a street/job site like this. Always should leave the place the same as when you left it.
