    It appears someone is putting out bread/food/birdseed on a regular basis (right hand side under a tree). At first it was just attracting birds, now many rats, mice, rabbits, etc have flocked to the area. Big piles of bird seed are near the public picnic tables in front of Dempseys/Casa pizza.

    This property continuously has overflowing trash bins (at least four on the property), open food trash all over the yard and food containers left out for days by the grill Multiple boxes of beer bottles, old broken grills (all visible from the street) and a giant open dumpster in the back of the property (visible from the neighborhood behind Fulton Street) This is not a one off situation and has been going on for a long time The surrounding neighbors and neighborhoods have visibly noticed rats invading the area recently This state of this property is perfect for rat dens and for rats to congregate as it offers plenty for them to eat and a multitude of areas for them to nest Please do something about this so that our homes to not start to become infested with the cooler months on the horizon

    I live on Lambert Street in Medford, on the street (around 52 Lambert Street) someone is putting out bread/food/birdseed on a regular basis (right hand side under a tree).     The occupants of the two-family at the corner of Golden Ave and Willis Ave constantly put trash in this barrel, which doesn't have a lid. There is a huge rodent problem in South Medford and this is making it worse. Please reach out to this owner and all homes on Willis Ave and the Willis Ave housing projects that have trash and recycling cans with broken or missing lids.
