Sidewalk in front of 41 Sharon Street is falling off into the street. Part of the curb is ON the sidewalk. Need sidewalks in this area to be wheelchair accessible. Thank you

Would be GREAT if we could get concrete sidewalks like the even side of the street!!!

  • 44 Joseph Street Medford, Massachusetts, 02155 - Medford
The sidewalk in front of our house is an uneven, bumpy, rutted, and rocky asphalt surface. There is also a lead pipe sticking up out of the asphalt. This sidewalk is dangerous and a tripping hazard for my wife and I, who are elderly, as well as our 5 year old grandson living upstairs from us. This sidewalk needs repair immediately and it should be resurfaced with cement to make it a safe and risk-free sidewalk. I tried to include photos but I got the message - There was an error with your upload, please try again.

Two large dangerous holes around sewer on sidewalk. Busy sidewalk because many people dog walk into the fells here at the end of the street. Significant tripping hazard. Thank you.

Fire hydrant needs a paint. I have been living here 33 years and has never been done. Looks messy and this is a very nice area. I would paint it but have been told I can't. I would appreciate this getting done. Thank you!
  • Woodruff Ave Medford, MA, 02155, USA - Medford
Please take a walk around Woodruff and Henley. The top of the New cement sidewalks are crumbling.
  • 58 Newbern Avenue Medford, Massachusetts, 02155 - Medford
The asphalt is sinking, there are several deep dips in the sidewalk. It has been for several years and called at least 2 years ago and was 'put on a list'. So far, nothing. Someone is going to twist an ankle walking and there is more foot traffic since the T station in Ball Sq. When it snows, an unsuspected passerby could literally twist or break an ankle here. I've nearly done that myself just snow blowing snow in the winter.

Large, hazardous, depression in sidewalk from missing concrete
  • 100 Westwood Road Medford, Massachusetts, 02155 - Medford
This request was originally sent at the end of June. There is a root that has damaged the sidewalk and people cannot safely use it. Elderly with walkers and people with strollers have to walk in the street to avoid tripping or having to get over it. It’s been a safety concern for quite some time.
  • Frederick Ave & Main St Medford, MA, 02155, USA - Medford
The sidewalk accessibility ramp on the corner of Frederick and Main needs to be fixed. This is important for people with accessibility issues (like wheelchair users, the elderly, people using strollers or walkers, etc) who depend on the ramp to get around.
  • I-93 N & Mystic Valley Pkwy Medford, MA, 02155, USA - Medford

Under the highway. This sidewalk has been under construction for over a year and is not shut down, leaving the bike route inaccessible and forcing bikers into the parkway in order to get there.

Even before it's closer, it was poorly lit, required bikers to get off their bikes and lift them over a gate in order to continue forward, and had a gravel patch that was poorly packed.

  • 16 Auburn St Somerville, MA 02144, USA - Medford
Despite the guardrails being repaired, the sidewalk has broken glass, pieces of metal and plastic from car crashes, and substantial amounts of related debris strewn across it. It is dangerous to walk a dog on the sidewalk here as there is significant risk of cuts to their paws, and it interferes with stroller and assistive device (wheelchairs, walkers, etc). Really unacceptable that this sidewalk is never properly cleaned or restored when the guardrail is replaced.
  • 108 Governors Avenue Medford, Massachusetts, 02155 - Medford
From the beginning of Governors Ave to about 108 Governors Ave anyone walk will encounter this overgrowth. This is a main road and could the city take care and cut this back so people can walk without having to navigate onto the street. thank you for your prompt action.
