    I’m reporting a rat infestation at my residence that has become both a health hazard and a serious nuisance. Rats have chewed a hole through the side of my trash bin, making it impossible to keep them out of the bin. This has attracted more rodents and created unsanitary conditions.

    The situation has escalated to the point where I cannot take out the trash after dusk without encountering rats. They scatter around the bin area, and leap out of the bin when wheeling the trash to the curb. This poses a risk of disease transmission and makes basic household routines feel unsafe for us. I’m requesting assistance with pest control and a replacement trash bin as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention and assistance in this matter.
