Overgrown bushes blocking the sidewalk, going into adjacent property. The owner does not live at the location, being rented out.

over grown bushes blocking sidewalk. no room to walk on sidewalk. homeowners do not live at residence. both apartments are sublet. who do we inform for maintenance for house. new owners have not maintained this property since purchase.

So blocking a public sidewalk with private bushes that should be trimmed is not an issue. There’s no rule? Is there a ADA rule about space on a sidewalk? How would a disabled person (especially in a wheelchair) maneuver here. iMO this issue is unresolved

Five houses (7, 10, 12, 20 and 22 Fairmount) continue to leave their garbage cans on the sidewalk and on the street 24/7. They are NEVER moved back to their properties. This is in clear violation of published Trash Regulations. Please visit these homes and enforce the rules, as there is often trash strewn around the garbage cans with squirrels and rats present.

Weeds and overgrowth in backyard keep growing into neighborhong property. Rodents living in there and evidence of termite damage in backyard.

The owner of this illegal unit had it permitted as an office space and a bathroom. It does not appear to have a permit for a full kitchen with a gas stove. This home is zoned as single family. This airbnb unit is unregistered.
