Very dangerous side walk lifting from underground growing tree roots. I almost fell and seriously hurt myself!

Massive root ball lifting sidewalk 10-12” high. Non ADA compliant,
Tripped and fell got scraped up, a lawsuit waiting to happen. Documented reported to city several times over the years with no response or action. Need to be on the priority list and repaired before winter.

The side walks in front of 42 and 36 McCormack are a tripping hazard. 42 is due to tree roots and the water access sinking and 36 is from the lead pipe discovery patch is sinking and other sinking.

Sidewalk getting worse by the day it's sad that it's not addressed..

The city changed my elderly neighbors water line months and months ago, and you never came back and fixed the side walk.

All of the concrete patches that were done in the neighborhood (frye, regis, and surrounding streets) are deteriorating due to a bad concrete mix or improper treatment. These were just poured in December/January when the main from the street to the shutoff were switched out. The broom finish is no longer available on most and will continue to deteriorate at a cost to the city of the contractor is not held responsible. I want to make sure they are addressed now due to the fact that i have no trust in Owen to address going forward based on continued poor responses and interactions with him.

Cracked cement cause a fairly deep dip in the sidewalk causing pedestrians to trip and fall. Someone temporarily filled the hole with cement to fix the problem until the city can replace the cement so it will last., but it will not hold for long and will crack and fall out. Please put this on the repair list for when work is slated for sidewalk repairs, hopefully soon.

The sidewalks on E Albion St entrance of the Missituk School needs repairing. I've see Multiple children trip over these two areas specifically a number of times.

Tree roots have progressively lift up the side walk concrete plate and created a tripping hazard. The maple tree is getting larger and touching power line. Would like to replace maple tree with a smaller cherry blossom tree species, and repair the uneven sidewalk.
