    Hello - as shown in the attached pictures, the sidewalk in front of my property is lifting due to the roots from a tree that was planted by the City of Medford. I am disabled and I also have a disabled neighbor who is unable to pass on the sidewalk in a wheelchair. Over the years, the cement sidewalk has become progressively worse and is now a serious safety issue. If you would please contact me to rectify this safety issue. Thank you.

    Erosion from disappearing sidewalks. A little more water and this pole is coming down. This is caused by the rain water flowing down the dirt that use to be asphalt. It's been reported before. Between the erosion and the deep pockets in sidewalk, someone is going to get hurt. Please do something.

    Sidewalks were repaired in front of big red brick building at 68 Central Avenue. As you can see in photo, about 3 feet of our lawn were pulled up and a big pile of concrete was left there. Other areas of repair had minimal damage but this part was left sloppily. This is unacceptable to leave private property yard damaged like this. Request is to remove lump of concrete and repair our front lawn grass to its prior state. Please repair or we will move to attorney on damages.

    After 113 Lawrence Street the sidewalk is a disaster. There is a large trash bag full of building debris, and there is broken up cement and other building material that has been dumped there. It is very difficult to walk by and extremely dangerous for the young and infirm, not to mention a terrible eyesore for residents.
