Multiple cars parked on odd side of Lawrence Street preventing proper plowing. Multiple announcements made to move cars but no one is budging.

Vista Ave is an absolute mess of ice and slush. incredibly dangerous.

On top of that start ticketing and towing the cars that do not move during snow emergency’s

When the snow on Joan Road is plowed they always leave a very large pile in front of number 25. When plowing the driver should follow the curb and push the snow down to Eugene Road and then push it down Eugene across Smith Lane into the common parking area. The large pile of snow in front of #25 always presents a problem with using the drive way.

Snow plow pushed snow into drive, completely blocking utility access to power pole/line and blocking private parking spot
