*Entering on behalf of the resident. Tree was removed in 2022.
  • 56-78 Governors Ave Medford, MA, 02155, USA - Medford
Sidewalk on west side of Governors Ave blocked by weeds and unusable for a large chunk of the year. Weeds include notorious invasives such as Japanese Knotweed and Tree of Heaven, which could be a potential long term problem for the large retaining wall as well. While those two are the biggest culprits for blocking access to the sidewalk every summer, the area is also full of all the other most-hated invasive plants. This is the best time of year to spray the leaves with herbicide to start getting this overgrowth under control; simply mowing it back once or twice a season DOES NOT WORK.
  • 8 Spencer Rd Medford MA 02155, United States - Medford
A large tree was recently removed from in front of our house and was hoping to replace the sidewalk that was damaged from the tree's roots.
  • 220 Central Avenue Medford, MA, 02155, USA - Medford
It may be hard to see, but, this hole seems to be growing. There has been a lot of construction here, and its possible the stability has been disrupted.
  • 58 Myrtle Street Medford, MA, 02155, USA - Medford
    Crack in sidewalk
  • 108 Governors Avenue Medford, Massachusetts, 02155 - Medford
From the beginning of Governors Ave to about 108 Governors Ave anyone walk will encounter this overgrowth. This is a main road and could the city take care and cut this back so people can walk without having to navigate onto the street. thank you for your prompt action.
  • 192 Washington Street Medford, Massachusetts, 02155 - Medford
Major wear to sidewalk. Holes and cracking with loose debris. Sidewalk on Grant Ave. side of 192 Washington St.
  • 21 Sydney Street Medford, Massachusetts, 02155 - Medford
The tree roots have lifted the sidewalk to the point where, in the winter, the water pools at the bottom of the stairs. It makes it an ice-skating rink, and when people are walking on either side of the sidewalk, they trip over the sidewalk.
  • 84 Albion St Medford, MA 02155, USA - Medford
several panels need to be patched to replaced due to concrete damage
  • Ronaele Rd Medford, Massachusetts, 02155 - Medford
With each rain storm the flooding worsens on the sidewalk. There is dirt that piles on sidewalk as it gets carried from the street. There are plenty of people that walk here but sidewalk gets to be impassible when it rains as water pools. Owners near it do what they can but alone can’t fix the concrete issue
  • 100 Westwood Road Medford, Massachusetts, 02155 - Medford
This request was originally sent at the end of June. There is a root that has damaged the sidewalk and people cannot safely use it. Elderly with walkers and people with strollers have to walk in the street to avoid tripping or having to get over it. It’s been a safety concern for quite some time.
  • Frederick Ave & Main St Medford, MA, 02155, USA - Medford
The sidewalk accessibility ramp on the corner of Frederick and Main needs to be fixed. This is important for people with accessibility issues (like wheelchair users, the elderly, people using strollers or walkers, etc) who depend on the ramp to get around.
