Part of the city tree in front of our house is dead. Tree either needs to be trimmed or taken down. The roots of the tree are all through our yard.

Sidewalk in front of driveway is severely cracked with missing chunks. Please fix

There are several big gaps in the sidewalk from stumps being removed last week. Would it be possible to put up a temporary pedestrian lane in the street with cones or mobile bollards etc until the sidewalk work is finished? It's a fairly long stretch of sidewalk that is currently impassable by anyone with a walker, cane, stroller, wheelchair, etc. Plus at the moment there's a Cat parked there for the night. People walk in the street, but cars go flying over this blind hilltop like the one in the photo, and they won't see a person walking in the street. It's over 400 feet from the last curb cut before the holes (at 97 Gov. Ave) to the first one after them (at Dutton Cir).

The tree roots have made navigation impossible .. it's needs proper repair

Asphalt sidewalks are cracking terribly and making the sidewalks inaccessible to anyone using a mobility support and dangerous in general. In winter it’s impossible to shovel snow effectively making them rocky ice patches.
