Crosswalk Needs RepaintingPotwierdzoneCapen St & North St Medford, MA, 02155, USA - MedfordThe crosswalk in this intersection is barely visible. I have almost been hit on many occasions both walking and driving through this intersection. Just today I saw a W.B. mason truck completely avoid the stop sign, which may have been prevented if he at least saw the crosswalk clearly. Please help make this intersection safer for residents!

Crosswalk Needs RepaintingPotwierdzone102 Summer St Medford MA 02155, United States - MedfordThe crosswalk was never repainted, extremely dangerous cross point on the corner of Summer st and Touro Ave. There should be a flashing cross sign, people go well above the speed limit around this bend. Only a matter of time before a person/child gets hit.

Street SignagePotwierdzoneRiver'S Edge Dr Medford, MA, 02155, USA - MedfordPeople consistently create the bike lane as a second lane since the signage and road line markings are worn down and faded. This is incredibly dangerous for those using the bike lane

Crosswalk Needs RepaintingPotwierdzone608 Winthrop St Medford MA 02155, United States - MedfordThe newly painted crosswalks are incompletely painted for months now and has not helped pedestrians. Are they just going to be parallel lines without the cross lines, redefining the crosswalk symbol (making it more danerous for pedestrians)? For public safety it is important that the roads are painted properly and urge for the same. Also the pedestrian sign board was removed near the entrance to into fells?!

Crosswalk Needs RepaintingPotwierdzone1–5 Canal St Medford MA 02155, United States - Medford
Pretty much all the crosswalks along High St. and adjacent side streets need repainting. Maybe we need to try better paint?
Also, when I post this stuff it asks me if it’s the same open issue from two years ago. May be time to close out old requests.

Crosswalk Needs RepaintingPotwierdzone34 Canal St Medford 02155, United States - MedfordWhole bunch of crosswalks just got re-applied around here. The faded former crosswalk across Canal St. at Prescott still needs repainting, as neighbors keep reminding. Presumably one’s going to be applied across Prescott here—might as well replace the one across Canal, too.

Crosswalk Needs RepaintingPotwierdzone1600 Mystic Valley Pkwy Medford 02474, United States - Medford
There is no protected path for pedestrians on the northside of High Street across one of the busiest intersections around. Please paint a crosswalk here, even if there are ongoing studies about this area. It is an awful place to cross.
Yes, there is a crosswalk on the southside. But there is no way to get to it without running through unmarked open huge areas of pavement. This can has been kicked down the road for years, fix it already before there is blood on someone’s hands.

Crosswalk Needs RepaintingPotwierdzoneHigh St & Whitman Rd Medford, MA, 02155, USA - MedfordThe crosswalk at Essex and High needs to be repainted and it could also use a flashing light or some other way to control speed. Kids in the neighborhood are terrified to cross due to the number of cars that have sped by without even slowing down.

Crosswalk Needs RepaintingPotwierdzone281-299 College Ave Medford, MA, 02155, USA - MedfordCrosswalk right outside of Robinson Hall needs repainting - barely visible. Also needs flashing lights to accompany the existing signage. Today a driver plowed through it when I was walking IN the crosswalk - another pedestrian was in front of me and the car rolled right in between us. incredibly unsafe.
-
Crosswalk Needs RepaintingPotwierdzoneMain St & Summer St Medford, MA, 02155, USA - MedfordThe crosswalk paint is faded and on such a busy street with speeding traffic the crosswalk needs yellow pedestrian crossing signs.
