The yard and surrounding area on this property is becoming increasingly unkempt and is interfering with the rights of neighbors to use the public sidewalks. Last year, the fruit trees extended slightly over Hicks Ave. But now they are so overgrown that you can't even push a stroller or cart on the sidewalk without hitting your head. Further, their yard has not been cut all spring and they have weeds and mini-trees hanging over the fence and onto the sidewalk on the Willis Ave and Hicks Ave side of the property.

Hot mess! Blocking sidewalk and NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. This has not been touched for over a year despite multiple complaints.
