Tree stump removal

Trip hazard. Tree was removed last winter, cannot flatten and reseed without removal.

My previous request was closed saying the stump was removed in 2024. The stump is still very much there. I took the picture the day of my original request, April 4, 2025.

City cut tree this summer and left a large stump that makes it difficult for cars to park and open doors in front of it. Please remove stump

It's been over 30 days since the tree was cut and I thought this nasty smelling oozing would stop. Smell sour and rotten. Can someone take a look at this stump on the sidewalk.

Please grind tree stump and replace with new tree.

More limbs have fallen off this tree and are on the roadway. Tree needs pruning; this is a recurring event after a storm.
