overgrown weeds along brooks wall on grove st impairing drivers

This tree is continuously dropping dead branches. I've been reporting it for years. Something needs to be done.

Japanese knotweed now 4+ feet out into the roadway and it’s only June. Plus, the decaying debris from it is so thick that there are saplings taking root in the street.

The bush on the corner is covering half of the sidewalk.
I can't fit my wheelchair through the gap between the bush and the pole without scraping against it.

Two street trees, I believe London Plains, that have a whitish fuzzy must or mold visible on many of the leaves, in addition, many leaves are curled up and yellow.

City street tree needs pruning and probably a lower branch removed. The branch in question is intertwined In wires and is getting increasingly close to my house, branch is now overhanging my lower roof

Tree needs to be pruned. Trucks hot the tree when the travel on the street. Its also leaning heavily.
