This tree is loosing leaves and seems sick. Please take a look at it.

Resident called to define tree dead.. also many branches have been falling.. today 7/14 limb(branch) almost hit her...

Resident would like tree inspected. States it is dead and needs to be removed.

large tree branch has fallen at #31 St. Denis Ave... the resident has asked to review this tree and many other trees on avenue.... resident is concerned that this tree and other trees can be dangerous

TW inspected 8/30/21...Falling branches, inspection request ...Wood on ground, cavities, mushrooms, nearly dead.... Please Remove

TW inspected 8/16 ...Dead tree..On S/S to prune since 7/20, not pruned, now dead - Please remove

Tree is mostly dead and has been for a year+

Dangerous dead branches hanging above walking path between 38 and 44 Summit Road. This is city property and used very frequently by walkers.
