Found : very sweet loving female cat last night super affectionate. I have her at my home safe wish to return to owner

On September 12, 2025, at approximately 8:40 AM, I was taking a walk when the neighbor’s dog approached me aggressively, growling and barking unprovoked while I was walking the sidewalk.
This is not the first time this has happened. My toddler is terrified to walk around that house, but since it’s only a few houses away, I have no choice but to walk from the sidewalk where the dog is. I’ve spoken to the person who lives there, and she said the dog is a sweet dog and won’t harm anyone. She also told me to take another route, but sometimes that’s not possible. It seems like other people have experienced this behavior from the dog and have complained. This behavior constitutes a public safety risk and needs to be addressed.

This dog barks nonstop all day and night. Was barking last night until 10:30 pm The owners sit there in the yard and do nothing to quiet him. They just sit and ignore the barks. It's nonstop loud barking at every single person that walks by. I have small children who wake up every night to the barking.

The people who live here should not have dogs. They let there dogs constantly bark at their door to go in. We have complained multiple times but its still happening. Us neighbors shouldn't have to listen to their dogs bark constantly. They are small white dogs. I feel bad for them. These people shouldn't be dog owners.

Dog barks constantly for long periods of time. Even inside with the screen door shut but door open you can hear it nonstop barking. Happens multiple times a day, every day. Owner doesn’t seem to do anything about it. It is very disruptive and frustrating to the residents in the immediate area right to peaceful living.

Doberman barks all day or anytime the owner is out (all day everyday)

People are moving into 2 Thomas Street this past weekend and have left their 3 dogs tied up outside. One is a 1 year old German Shepard and the other 2 are yorkies. They are left outside for hours at a time. Tonight they have been tied up on short leashes since 4 p.m. They bark non stop(I think they are nervous, the poor dogs).

Dog barks all day and night. Was barking at 2 a.m., still barking now at 7 a.m. Could someone check on it?

Doberman barks all day or anytime the owner is out (all day everyday)

Small white dog at this blue house barks nonstop at all hours. I do not know if the owners are home or not, but they leave the door open so that the dog is outside barking at anyone and anything it sees. Possible animal abuse as its crate is also always outside. The barking is loud and persistent. I can hear it across the neighborhood even with all the windows closed.

Dos stay tied in the yard for hours at a time, the dogs are really loud. Not only is it a disturbance early in the morning, but through out the day when my own pets get riled up inside from all the noise. Today its 80 degrees out and the dogs have been out for at least an hour. The owners are elderly and they don’t have the strenght to walk these dogs so they leave them out in the yard tied to their house and tree for hours. They have a big german sherperd and two small breed. They also moved in June and its been like that every day, i have tried talking to them to ask for mindfulness but to no avail.
