    This reporting system is terrible. I could not upload a pdf file of the picture I took yesterday of the tree. This case was closed and Phyllis stated the branches were trimmed. The tree has not been trimmed. I would like to know where that information came from. The wires are being lifted up by the branches of the tree the same as they were when I reported it a long time ago. It is very windy today and the tree is swinging the wires around. I am disappointed with this reporting platform
