This side of Osgood street did not get cleaned last fall or even this spring - the debris piles are getting wider and wider.

The yellow lane division line needs to be repainted. Area under construction and lane division shift (new line and black over old line) is no longer well marked. Northbound vehicles are frequently crowding southbound vehicles especially at night and in rain due to lack of clarity in lane markings.

occupant is obstructing pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk by piling large rocks on the pedestrian path. This is being done to create an unapproved driveway and it is a safety issue.

Beginning May 2025 and each month after I have physically went to City Hall (7) seven times. I have also made (2) two online requests Aug 2025, Sept 2025 and a (3rd) today, December 2, 2025. The previous requests are still on your site as OPEN. Each time I went to City Hall and spoke to the female at the desk I was "promised" my concern/issue would be addressed. They have NOT. The Issue: A diseased and/or rotted tree in front of 20 Ellis Ave Medford Ma 1- The trees roots have caused the sidewalk to be extremely unsafe due to rising concrete and poses a severe liability issue to myself and anyone walking by. 2- The tree branches are rotted, hanging over my home and the wires on the utility poles. -Branches are constantly breaking off onto my property which are significant in size. I am again requesting an examination of this tree for removal or proper limb removal AND repair of my sidewalk.

There is a tree that was planted recently and has no leaves on it, looks dead, it was done at the same time as the house across the street and they are fine.

Maple growing fungus in hole and leaves have brown spots (both new issues this year). Some of the tree is dead - no leaves.
