Road crews chopped a bunch of limbs off this tree last week and left them all over the sidewalk. Are they going to clean up the branches?

We have a broken branch hanging down to high for us to cut down and also need a little pruning when it rains or snows the branch hangs down over or walkway .

There is a father and his children who are hell bent on breaking the tree limbs in the corner of baseball field Been going on for years - Several neighbors have spoken to him but are met with hostility. What once were healthy trees they are now suffering.
