Animal Waste in a ParkBuksanFranklin St Medford, Massachusetts, 02155 - MedfordHello. I don't believe this piece of land is considered a park but there is a triangle of grass and a big tree in the middle of it that the city maintains where Hadley Place meets Washington Street and Woodside S. People do not clean up after their dogs here. I am constantly cleaning up other dogs' poop. Can you please install a sign that says people must clean up after their dogs or be subject to a fine? Thank you!

Sidewalk IssueKinilalaSpring St & Washington St Medford, MA, 02155, USA - MedfordPeople walking down Spring St, crossing Washington st, often find themselves in dangerous situations because of all the car traffic turning off of Spring onto Washington and vice versa. Very often cars speed into their turns, so some traffic calming measures would increase pedestrian safety. Specifically something as simple as painting a standard crosswalk here would certainly help and be a step in the right direction.

Sidewalk IssueKinilalaWoburn And Century/Wildwood Intersection Medford Massachusetts - MedfordWhy are there no crosswalks at this intersection? The intersection itself is dangerous because of the way drivers have to curve as they cross Woburn to continue "straight" onto Century or Wildwood. Added to that, the stop signs are small and one gets hidden by tree brances. And worst of all, I walk this 2-4 times a day and at least twice a week see a car blow through the intersection without stopping. Curbs are also very high in spots where people naturally cross, making it hard for strollers/disabled to navigate the crossing in these spots. Overall, the design needs to be revisited with pedestrian safety in mind - especially since students of all ages walk this route getting to school/buses.

Crosswalk Needs RepaintingKinilala31 Canal St Medford MA 02155, United States - MedfordAs you can see from the attached aerial photo from 2013, we had a crosswalk here, and it just didn’t get repainted until it faded away. Can it please be repainted? Canal Street is kind of a raceway and crossing is a game of chicken.

Crosswalk Needs RepaintingKinilala102 Summer St Medford MA 02155, United States - MedfordI put this request in 2017. I cross there frequently, often with kids. I see another request stating the same thing. What gives?

Crosswalk Needs RepaintingKinilala102 Summer St Medford MA 02155, United States - Medford
This was "resolved" but yet there is still no crosswalk painted in this spot. Not sure if this is common practice to just "resolve" something and not fix it.
This crosswalk was never repainted after repaving.

Crosswalk Needs RepaintingKinilala212 College Avenue Medford, Massachusetts, 02155 - MedfordThere are multiple requests on see click fix about this crosswalk needing paint for over a year! I am calling the mayors office. I think Medford needs to get rid of See Click Fix and have a 311 system like Somerville. Enough is enough. Are we just waiting for a student to get hit before we address an issue that had been requested many, many times!

Crosswalk Needs RepaintingKinilala81 Summer St Medford, MA 02155, USA - Medford
Hi there,
I have lived on Marston street for 11 years and wow has our neighborhood grown. These last 4 years we have seen more and more kids ridding bikes, running and playing in Barry Park. A couple weeks ago a parents worst nightmare occurred. A young child, was hit by a car. Our street alone has 12 children under the age of 10. Cars, busses, trucks and even motorcycles are speeding down Marston, Gourley and summer street. So many parents worry that the outcome of another accident could be much worse. We would like to understand why speedbumps aren't on these streets? The white cones that were placed at the corner of Gourley and Summer do nothing as people move them around.
I would Ike to understand what has to be done to get speed pumps put in on these high traffic areas.
Thanks for your attention to this. I have reached out to
mnestor@medford-ma.gov buy haven't gotten a response.
