Year round there is either wet, slimy water on the sidewalk that is slippery or in the winter it is icy. Can the resident be asked to move the discharge pipe so it is not causing a hazard for residents walking by. Also, the property has a low apple tree that overhangs onto the sidewalk. My husband was scratched on his face walking by the other day. Can the city trim this or is this the responsibility of the homeowner. Thank you!
