Kilgore Ave., in front of # 15, flooded again after this evening's rain. It wasn't even much rain and the street is totally flooded.

Street flooding because water doesn’t go down catch basin

Basements have been flooded on Newbern Ave for over 20 years every time a heavy rain storm happens. What is going on with the drainage and sewers in this location. It must be addressed. Residents basements have been destroyed due to this issue. Please look into this and advise residents of Newbern Ave

The property’s sump pump is dumping water all over the sidewalk. At this temperature it’s it’s becoming ice. The sump pump should not be draining there. Short term, the owners should be salting or putting out traffic cones or something. I took a spill walking my dogs this morning. I don’t think I’m injured but I’m pretty upset about it.

Fire hydrant is leaking quite a bit.

The giant basin that Woburn in high Street is now full of autumn leaves. Does the city have planned to clean it out because otherwise, the basin will not drain and may overflow

Sewer city easement in my driveway is filling up with leaves. Please can this be cleaned out before it is totally full and causes flooding.

the resident is concerned that the catch basin is clogged

Drain blocked by leaves and overgrown bamboo and other invasives

Water is spraying out of manhole cover, not sure if this is normal or an issue but reporting just in case

Sidewalk has been a sheet of ice for days. it's impossible to pass with pets, kids and for the elderly. A cone isn't going to cut it. This house needs to or the city needs to address the situation. Its unsafe to be forced to walk in the street with oncoming cars speeding by
