    Fencing broke by RR crosswalk and no bike/stroller access and only stairs-- BUT perhaps these are related. The beautiful new fencing along the rail road on the Playstead Road side of the track blocks any prior dirt paths, breaks in the fence or other routes with which to take a stroller or bike to the sidewalk without getting down the stairs. Being the road with Playstead Park, this is especially inconvenient for families and children. Can some sort of ramp-- even a plywood one to match the crosswalk across the tracks-- be put in place until a wheel chair or other proper ramp is designed and installed?

    There are multiple cracks in the asphalt, along the way leading to the bridge. The issue has been getting worse over the past year, and with the lack of proper lighting in area it has becoming more and more dangerous, especially during the winter seasons.

    They tore out sections of sidewalk, began replacing with new concrete, then apparently ran out and never came back. Have been large sections of sidewalk missing for months. This is going to be especially dangerous in the snow. There are at least 2 sections along Century, I believe one or two more further up the street.
