Sidewalk safety issue

The asphalt sidewalk in front of my home at 19 Crescent Street has become very uneven over the years. It is especially bad in front of the privet hedge and a real tripping hazard. We are concerned that someone could get hurt.

Tree roots raising sidewalk. I have reported this issue years ago and it keeps getting worse. It's hard to open car door and my husband has fallen here previously and injured his back. .

Sidewalk is cracked

Sidewalk is raised due to tree roots causing a tripping hazard. This is a safety hazard that needs to be abated.

Tree roots have lifted the sidewalk and it’s impassable with wheelchair or stroller

The bit. concrete sidewalk adjacent to our house (4 Ellis Avenue, Medford MA 02155) is in need of repair. Because of the broken sidewalk rainwater goes directly to our garage and causes flooding. Recently, even a moderate amount of rain has led to serious issues. Please see attached photos for your reference.
