    Under the highway. This sidewalk has been under construction for over a year and is not shut down, leaving the bike route inaccessible and forcing bikers into the parkway in order to get there.

    Even before it's closer, it was poorly lit, required bikers to get off their bikes and lift them over a gate in order to continue forward, and had a gravel patch that was poorly packed.

    The dirt has an eroded from the median between the road and the sidewalk because the asphalt berm has been removed through snowplowing over the years. With all the rain over the past several months, the dirt has washed away and it is now a tripping hazard and shows exposed irrigation hoses.

    All of the concrete patches that were done in the neighborhood (frye, regis, and surrounding streets) are deteriorating due to a bad concrete mix or improper treatment. These were just poured in December/January when the main from the street to the shutoff were switched out. The broom finish is no longer available on most and will continue to deteriorate at a cost to the city of the contractor is not held responsible. I want to make sure they are addressed now due to the fact that i have no trust in Owen to address going forward based on continued poor responses and interactions with him.
