Bad pothole that i inevitably hit while going in and out of my driveway

Several potholes in intersection of Traincroft and Crocker.

Sinkhole in the middle of the road doesn't look like much, but MAN it does not feel good if you bike through it. Because it's a sinkhole without cracked edges, it is also not obvious, although it is right in the likely path of a cyclist. I recently had an out of town guest who hit it hard and her neck was sore for several days after.

Please help before winter.. it's getting worse

Very large divet - pretty unreasonable to the point where you must drive around it

This might be the same as another ticket, but specifically, the area to fix is around the manhole cover. The metal is exposed and it's been getting worse all summer.
