If snow emergency, why no snow emergency enforcement?

Thank you to all who keep our roads clear during storms. When possible, please send a plow to widen the clearing of Wildwood Road. Currently snow is stretching more than one parked width into the street.

Wildwood is heavily used by cars for school drop-off and pickup. And, the intersection with Winthrop is already troublesome, moreso when the street is so narrow. In addition, water is not draining to storm drains due to excess snow in street. With the cold temps this week, this will contribute to even icier conditions especially for all of the children who walk to and from school.

MassDOT helped shovel out a blocked drain on our street because we flagged them down, and then made sure our neighbors driveways were not blocked but not only left ours blocked but shoveled more there than before even though we had dug out. Please send someone to plow this before it freezes.

Multiple cars parked on odd side of Lawrence Street preventing proper plowing. Multiple announcements made to move cars but no one is budging.

When the snow on Joan Road is plowed they always leave a very large pile in front of number 25. When plowing the driver should follow the curb and push the snow down to Eugene Road and then push it down Eugene across Smith Lane into the common parking area. The large pile of snow in front of #25 always presents a problem with using the drive way.

Someone emptied their pool or hot tub on to the street and it is covered in dangerous ice

The street still has thick ice on it, causing cars to slip sideways even at slow speeds.

Ice covered road. Please send a salt truck.

Snow removal did not occur on third street. Ice is an inch thick and it’s difficult to drive or walk down. This condition is unsafe and it’s only a matter of time until someone falls and injures themselves on this city road.
