    Please see #10533517. There are 2 requests. First is speed management- which has been referred to the Medford Police. BUT there was a second request to designate Suffolk St and probably Woburn St (at the High St intersection) as "RESIDENTS ONLY" during morning and evening rush hours. This is done in many similar neighborhoods in Medford. MANY drivers try to shortcut the Winthrop rotary by turning off of High St onto Woburn and then turning right on Suffolk. They race down this otherwise quiet neighborhood needlessly creating a dangerous situation. The same "Neighborhood Only" restriction should also be placed on Essex St at High St because if Woburn and Suffolk are "Neighborhood Only" drivers will race down Essex instead.

    Hi Traffic Team and Todd, Thanks for the continued support on South Street with the counter flow lane This is an amazing safe link and is proving a vital connector

    As a daily rider I am having near crashes now with riders flowing the wrong way on the lane, instead of utilizing the correct side of South Street with the sharows

    Can we get signage up for bikers tat it's one way and not to go the wrong way, please? Some e-bike will cause a ghastly crash if that's not happened yet Thank you

  • Clewley Rd & Warren St Medford, MA, 02155, USA - Medford
    Two stop signs are needed on Warren Street at the intersection with Clewley Rd. Clewley Rd already has stop signs but they're not effective, especially the west facing stop sign on Clewley which is partially obstructed by a tree resulting in drivers to often drive by it without slowing at all. There was a 'stop ahead' sign added earlier in the year but it hasn't had much impact. Even when stopped on Clewley when facing west, visibility of traffic coming from Warren St which has the right of way is poor. There are regular near accidents and road rage incidents happening here. The police could ticket a high percentage of drivers who fail to stop at the Clewley stop signs and who are distracted on their phones but since there is no enforcement, two stop signs should be added on Warren Street to try making the intersection safer.

    At Ravine and Grove there needs to be a mirror. You can't see cars coming south on Grove without sticking out in the road due to the fence and curvature of the road. It's very dangerous.

    Please make Cherry St. between Maynard St. and Lambert St. two-way for bikes. This would allow residents inside of the Salem St., Fellsway, I93 triangle to have safer, low traffic ways to get to businesses in Haines Square and for families and kids to get to the Roberts School by bike.

    Cones are a huge waste of city resources. The are ridiculous and serve no good use to pedestrian or driver safety. However, the city insists on wasting man power to either replaces or move to the initial location. I wonder what snow removal trucks will do to these wheebles in a storm.....??????

    'TOW ZONE - No Parking here to corner' signs desperately needed 20 ft from intersection on both North and Osgood Streets.

    Cars constantly park right up to the intersection and stop sign, making it dangerously hard to see oncoming traffic when pulling out from Osgood onto North Street.

    It is illegal to park that close to an intersection and a stop sign but cars constantly do it anyway.

  • Fellsway W & Fulton St Medford, MA, 02155, USA - Medford
    Fellsway West at Fulton St has lanes shift left across from the intersection, which frequently confuses drivers and almost causes accidents due to folks not being sure where to aim for. It also causes motorists to end up driving in the cycle lane which is very very unsafe.
    I'm wondering if a dashed guide line could be added between the car lanes to indicate the shift. Ideally also flexiposts on the outside edge of the bike lane.
