    The sidewalk in front of our house is an uneven, bumpy, rutted, and rocky asphalt surface. There is also a lead pipe sticking up out of the asphalt. This sidewalk is dangerous and a tripping hazard for my wife and I, who are elderly, as well as our 5 year old grandson living upstairs from us. This sidewalk needs repair immediately and it should be resurfaced with cement to make it a safe and risk-free sidewalk.
