    This sidewalk is a hazard because the tree roots have lifted the side walk. The tree won't be removed because it was determined to be healthy. This sidewalk needs to be replaced before someone is seriously hurt.

    The tree roots have lifted the sidewalk to the point where, in the winter, the water pools at the bottom of the stairs. It makes it an ice-skating rink, and when people are walking on either side of the sidewalk, they trip over the sidewalk.

    Bad patched cracking driveway entrance. This has caused my car the bottom out upon exiting, tearing off the undercarriage cover and puncturing a hole in my windshield washer fluid tank
