Tree was removed and very low stump never removed, sidewalk is now lifting and causing a trip hazard. Please get this stump removed and sidewalk fixed, It was reported previously and no response.

It may be hard to see, but, this hole seems to be growing. There has been a lot of construction here, and its possible the stability has been disrupted.

Bad patched cracking driveway entrance. This has caused my car the bottom out upon exiting, tearing off the undercarriage cover and puncturing a hole in my windshield washer fluid tank

This request was originally sent at the end of June. There is a root that has damaged the sidewalk and people cannot safely use it. Elderly with walkers and people with strollers have to walk in the street to avoid tripping or having to get over it. It’s been a safety concern for quite some time.

I tripped and fell on this barely-visible signpost stump. Please cut it flush with the sidewalk before someone is more seriously injured.

Sidewalk at Logan park on Logan Ave side at tree has multiple cracks and uneven surface unsafe for children, bikes and strollers

Tree has severly heaved sidwalk. Almost unwalkable without tripping.

this area needs bike racks. all of these bikes kicked to signs are in danger of falling and blocking the sidewalk because they have no better place to park.
nobody wants to lock up in the rack in the parking lot, either because they don't even know about it, or because it's a secluded spot that would give a thief an easy place to cut a lock without being noticed

The sidewalk accessibility ramp on the corner of Frederick and Main needs to be fixed. This is important for people with accessibility issues (like wheelchair users, the elderly, people using strollers or walkers, etc) who depend on the ramp to get around.

All asphalt sidewalks need to be redone. I have been living there for over 40 years and the city has never.redone sidewalk. I can't even shovel snow because sidewalk is all messed up and starting to get moisture in my basement when it rains hard because sidewalk is all broken up and uneven. So please have someone to take care of this. Most of us are above 65 and when the sidewalk is not fixed accidents will happen when it gets icy and snow cannot be shoveled.
