Sidewalk was never repaired after construction podium was removed. This is a commonly-walked area and elderly residents live in front of 32-34 Medford Street.

Sidewalks needs to be repaired over six months has gone by tree stump was removed but sidewalk was never repaired .

Bad patched cracking driveway entrance. This has caused my car the bottom out upon exiting, tearing off the undercarriage cover and puncturing a hole in my windshield washer fluid tank

The dirt has an eroded from the median between the road and the sidewalk because the asphalt berm has been removed through snowplowing over the years. With all the rain over the past several months, the dirt has washed away and it is now a tripping hazard and shows exposed irrigation hoses.

Same Issue as reported above. Curbing has fallen off.

Broken lifted sidewalk causing tripping hazard. Neighborhood resident has tripped.

This sidewalk is a hazard because the tree roots have lifted the side walk. The tree won't be removed because it was determined to be healthy. This sidewalk needs to be replaced before someone is seriously hurt.

My 5 year old tripped and fell flat on the ground here today after school (this is right near one of the bus stops). Please fix this and some other sidewalk areas also right near bus stop.

Construction materials blocking sidewalk for weeks at a time and missing concrete sections. Not safe nor ADA compliant.

Tree roots pushed up lifting sidewalk. This is a tripping hazard. This has been reported many times and the sidewalk gets higher creating a definite hazard.
