We have a stump in front of our house that we would like to have replanted with a tree

Tree was removed last year, was told at the time the stump would be removed shortly. The stump is still there and is attracting ants and other pests, hopefully not termites.

There was a tree removed in front of 93-95 Windsor Rd, Medford. The stump is cut low to the ground and is unmarked. While running I almost tripped over it.
Please mark this area to avoid injury to pedestrians.

Is there any plan to remove the stump left by what I believe was cut down by the city? If not, I'd like to please request its removal and the repair of the sidewalk affected by its roots growing over the years. Just worried it could contribute to a fall especially if there's ice or wet.

Tree stump removal

It's been over 30 days since the tree was cut and I thought this nasty smelling oozing would stop. Smell sour and rotten. Can someone take a look at this stump on the sidewalk.

Please grind tree stump and replace with new tree.

Trip hazard. Tree was removed last winter, cannot flatten and reseed without removal.

City cut tree this summer and left a large stump that makes it difficult for cars to park and open doors in front of it. Please remove stump

My previous request was closed saying the stump was removed in 2024. The stump is still very much there. I took the picture the day of my original request, April 4, 2025.
