The city just dug this area up to repair drainage. The ground thawed and soil adjacent the work area has collapsed into a sink hole.

This might catch a persons leg in the dark, and might also undermine the recent repairs. Suggest an engineer go take a look

The sewer grate seems to have collapsed. it's quite deep and seems unsafe for anyone walking or trying to park there

large quantity of autumn leaves completely covering storm sewer grate at the east corner of the intersection of Boston Ave. and Harvard Ave.

It is mostly leaves on this storm sewer grate and along the curb in the immediate vicinity. The leaves are co-mingled with plastic trash.

There is also an aluminum can by the nearest utility pole on Boston Ave.

Large pool of water constantly in this area. Has been like this for atleast 20 years. This makes the street and sidewalk VERY icey. Please address asap!

Streets flooded by water and the catch basin don't seem to be draining properly and the water is seeping onto the drive ways and sidewalk

Bike lane completely flooded as entering Malden.

We have a low spot on our street right in front of the entrance to our house and our garage. After any rain or snow there is a standing puddle. It fills with dirt and stinks. We would like to hire a company to fix this, but need permits from the city as it's is partly on the street.

The water is up on the sidewalks. There is no where for it to drain the plow put a mound of snow on the corner of wellesley and dartmouth blocking the the sewer that is the only access for the street drainage. Please fix before it pools into people properties
