There is a dead rabbit on the side of the street/sidewalk and has been there a few days :(

Man attacked and knocked to the ground by three dogs all living at 91 Sydney Street. He was walking by and the three dogs came out of the house and attacked him to the ground. The man attacked lives next door to 91 Sydney Street.

My husband was attacked by a dog this morning on his run around 6:45 along Harvard Ave not far from Jerome St. the dog took a chunk of his shorts and broke the skin. He failed to stop and talk to the owner if the dog was up to date on vaccines (rabies). It was an older white woman with grey hair who has a black and white border collie (or similar breed) On a long leash. She was calling a name that sounded like "Jerome".

5 dogs off leash. Very common occurrence. I'm scared to use the park.

Constant problems with off leash dogs in Playstead Park. $200 posted fine is routinely ignored and uninforced. Danger to leashed dogs and children.

multiple residents have reported the dog owner residing in unit 11 continues to allow his dog off leashes and unattended in common areas. Residents have reported the dog jumping on them and being afraid of the dogs size. Staff who visit the building have also witnessed the dog off leash in common areas. Staff has expressed concerns directly towards resident, but the safety concern continues to be present.
