Fire hydrant is leaking quite a bit.

drains on playstead and usher still need to be cleared or we will flood with the rain coming Thanksgiving.

I'd like to kindly request again (as I did right after 3 street sweepers that came together didn't touch this last 10-15' of end of street) for the City's action to clear this area of debris. There are two storm drains here and the risk of clogging/flooding is high. I do not think we residents should be responsible for clearing this ourselves. It really needs to be cleared. (Could we add a separate category in complaint type list here for this type of issue?)

Storm drain in bad need of repair. Additionally, this area floods every time we have rain and water pools and collects for ages. Especially dangerous in the winter when it will also freeze over.

Water is spraying out of manhole cover, not sure if this is normal or an issue but reporting just in case

We have a low spot on our street right in front of the entrance to our house and our garage. After any rain or snow there is a standing puddle. It fills with dirt and stinks. We would like to hire a company to fix this, but need permits from the city as it's is partly on the street.

A large pool of stagnant, pungent water accumulates at this location, in the even # side of Wellesley St. The water has no means to drain. As a result, anaerobic bacterial overgrowth creates a public health risk to any person that walks by, particularly children or pets. A drain must be installed ASAP, or alternatively filled with concrete.

Street floods. Water won’t go down and sinks backing up in houses

This house for years, has had water seeping out of a pipe under their sidewalk, out into their driveway, down the street. It floods the street. In the winter time it ices over and causes extremely slippery conditions. This is it ongoing issue that has occurred for years.

Mostly leaves and such (which should be removed too because they hinder proper drainage) but there is also a plastic drink cup lid which is toxic to wildlife should it make its way into the Mystic River, which is imminent given its precarious perch.
