Road closed with no signage or detour. Construction has closed brooks st while leaving it open at the other end, meaning you’re sending people down a one way street with no way out.

Steel plates are loose & extremely loud day and night. House shakes every time a car drives over it and the noise wakes me up several times at night. Is there a way to make it so that the plates aren't loose and add a caution sign so that people slow down?

There is construction taking place at house located on corner of Summer and Winthrop Street and they have put a tall fence up around the property. They also hung a dark green tarp up on the fence.
If you are driving out of Summer Street and trying to turn onto Winthrop Street you can not see cars approaching from the left because the green tarp is blocking your view from seeing oncoming traffic. It is a recipes for an accident. The tarp needs to be taken down before there is an accident.

Hi! Can we please figure out the off leash dog situation over at the park? Either build a fenced area, enforce the law, or meet in the middle & have designated off leash times? I just moved here - literally have only lived here 3 weeks. And my leashed dog has been in 2 situations already that we’re incredibly preventable & undesirable. The first time, we were walking later in the evening (around 9:30pm) and a dog from more than 150 yards away (all the way over by the pool when we were by the large boulders) spotted us & started charging while off leash. They ran all the way across the field in a matter of seconds, ignoring the calls of their owner & the other human with them. My dog & I had to take off running or there would have been a fight. My dog is dog reactive - and I know this - so I purposefully keep a certain amount of space between us & other dogs. This was completely preventable had the other dog been on leash.
A second incident happened this morning. I am well aware of the dogs who play off leash in the corner field of the park every morning. It causes nervousness when I walk my dog, but I have tried to live with it. This morning my dog & I were about 30 yards, if not more, away from another dog who noticed us. As it began approaching I said “no” several times to alert the owner that a greeting was not welcome. The owner clearly understood me as they tried to redirect their dog. Their dog ignored the owner & continued to charge at my dog. Whether to play or not - my dog is reactive and will not tolerate a strange dog running up to her. I tried to pull my dog back in time but it’s hard when an off leash dog is sprinting at you. My dog very openly barked, lunged, snapped etc. and the dog continued to approach, circling us, backing away & then coming back. It was frightening. I felt like I had no escape because the dog continued to circle. To make matters worse, a second off-leash dog chose to run over to join in. The owner of the first dog literally beat his dog away with a leash so that my dog & I could make our escape. Please, city of Medford, can we do something? I am trying my best as an owner with a reactive dog. We are in one-on-one training, we walk at hours where dogs are limited, and we try to maintain our distance. But these two scenarios could have easily been avoided. Please do something before someone gets hurt.

June 6th 2021 at approximately 8pm, my mother and I were walking on the track down Tufts Park. A couple with a dog off leash was in the grassy area of the park when the dog ran at another women and began to bark at her. The owner ran to get the dog but could not secure it and then the dog ran at me and my mother and began to bark and growl at us. The owner ran toward us to get the dog but again could not get the dog, which took off and was finally secured by the other owner. When we pointed out to the couple that there is a sign that reads “no dog allowed off leash”, the owner simply responded with “sorry” and walked away. My mother and I go for walks down the park on almost a daily basis and we see dogs off the leash CONSTANTLY.
