    Harvard Terrace is more pothole than road now. It's like driving on a rural road and not a maintained city street.

    As one of the primary entrances to the neighborhood, it should be repaired ASAP to avoid damage or injury to residents and to facilitate the plows coming into the neighborhood as the snowy season actually starts to pick up. I can't believe it's been allowed to get this bad.
