    WATCHED SOMEBODY TRIP & FALL ON THESE ROOTS YESTERDAY!! We've been requesting removal of the (rotting )stump and roots/ sidewalk repair since Feb. I would hate to see another person fall! Please address this ASAP. It will only get worse with snow cover - it can't even be shoveled properly!
