Please stop adding gravel and grading this section of Congress. All you have done is bury the gully that used to take overflow groundwater and now it pools up in the yards and street and made it level with the yards. You have wrecked the flood control that was in place here 20 years ago..

The water is now starting to come into my basement. There is no where for the water to drain off my property with the street having this much flooding. I would like this issue addressed immediately as I have been reporting it for months

Significant flooding even after the heavy rain has subsided more than a 1/2 hour ago. Neighbors have cleared their sewer drains in front of their homes prior to this storm so there are no clogged storm drains prior to this rain. This issue continues to get worse, please address
