    Reported street light out on north end of plantation circle and country club road yesterday 4/7/21. Checked in this am to see if any update. Noticed your ticket indicated closed. Not sure why, or if I am reading closed wrong, but light still is /was not working as of midnight last night.

    The streetlights in the rear of the high school closest to the running track have been out for quite some time. There are 3 lights in a row by themselves, from North to South, the first one is located right next to the green storage building.

    Street light has been missing for years Right in front of the school. Its pitch dark at night. Please fix it.

    The pedestrian walk signal lights up between almost every cycle of lights at the intersection of Elm/Solon Streets and Colrain Street. This is especially noticeable at night when there are no pedestrians, but lights in both directions are almost always red. The chirping is also noticeable from nearby homes. Maybe a request button is stuck?

    The intersection of Silver Street and North Federal Street can be a problem for bicyclists.
    If I come from East Silver Street, heading West, and want to turn left into Federal street, then the traffic light behaves different depending on whether I arrive there on a bike or in a car.
    I realized this when I was almost hit by a car coming from West Silver street heading East. If there are cars on the left turning lane, these are detected, and thus the system determines to switch on a left turning green light for a short time, before all other cars can go.
    However, if my bike doesn't get detected, there is no such left turning light. I got almost in an accident because I habitually just started biking across the intersection, trusting that the facing traffic will wait because they have a red light. The problem is that this happens only rather rarely because there are usually enough cars around to trigger the detector. I think this should be changed, especially thinking of inexperienced bikers and kids. I learned this lesson only after having crossed that intersection probably a 100 times in traffic without a problem.
