    There are not enough bike racks here. I went to Lulu’s to get a haircut for my son, and the only bike rack on this block was taken by two bikes. While 100% of the bike parking was occupied, only ONE of the on-street parking spots was occupied. This section of mass ave needs more than one bike rack every block.

    There is very little bike parking in this vicinity. Many people who bike are forced to use sign posts and fences and inadvertently block passage for vulnerable sidewalk users (people in wheelchairs, mobility devices, etc.). Around trash days the situation gets pretty bad with so many obstacles on the sidewalk, especially down Hancock Street.

    This area does not have enough bike racks. The one in front of target is 1) not large enough to meet the demand and 2) broken. Adding some racks along Pearl Street would help.
