    Hello,

I live at 593-5 Putnam Ave, adjacent to the children's park. A tree from the park has grown significantly and its branches are now encroaching onto my balcony. This has led to squirrels and insects, including ants, entering my home. It’s becoming a nuisance and a potential health concern.

I kindly request that the tree be inspected and pruned to prevent further intrusion.

We own 137 and 139 Erie st. This tree needs to be trimmed away from the building and the cable and electrical wiring coming to our building. Tree is getting tangled up in wiring. Needs a severe trimming. Many thanks! Satu & Cyrus Mehta

City tree and another adjacent-property one -- the latter decaying at the base -- possibly bringing this new insect swarm:

A tree in a City park adjacent to my home, as well as another -- decaying severely at the base -- on an again adjacent private-property line, each have several branches overhanging my house and/or extending nearby enough that insect pests could potentially jump to the house walls or be carried there by the wind. The source of this last concern is that for the past couple of days, a particular type of insects (possibly aphids with too few ladybugs to keep them in check) has been "running wild" all over the exterior walls and doors of my house. Can you please have someone come to take a look at each of the pair of trees?

    Tree branches hitting the roof

There is a long, dead branch on the tree that hangs directly over the busy sidewalk. It frequently sheds debris during windstorms and now has several sharp, broken points. I can also hear it creaking, which suggests it may be unstable and at risk of falling. This poses a safety hazard to pedestrians.

Trees blocking street light creating a hazard for residents.

Branches are overhanging/touching both the roof and utility wires coming into the house. Concerned icy winter conditions could lead to the branches attaching and pulling away from structure

The tree by our house is in need of pruning; there are too much overhang towards the house. Also, the seed pods are a hazard - my wife broke her ankle last year stepping on one! Thank you,

Tree is rubbing on roof of house and making horrible noises
  • 127 Magazine Street Cambridge, Massachusetts, 02139 - Cambridgeport

A tree in front of 127 Magazine St has branches that are spilling over the fence ( 125 and 127) and sidewalk. Pedestrians must duck to avoid branches, and other branches could cause damage to our fence.

    Thank you for your time.

Large branch hangs over roof causing potential damage to houses on both sides should it come down. Branch is at right angle to trunk, and creates a danger to cars and pedestrians as well as structures
