    We’ve previously requested that the dying trees on the corner of Harvard and Hancock St be removed. The request was changed to pruning. If you come look at the trees again you will see that the pruning was insufficient and the trees still are a hazard. I’m resubmitting the request that these trees be attended to. At the very least they need to be pruned further

    Please can you cut, prune and maintain all the branches of the tree that are above the 133 Pearl St house’s roof?
    Last year we paid for a few expensive services to protect the roof from squirrels, without long term success. The squirrels are jumping to the roof from the tree branches that are above the roof, and getting inside and destroying the roof and attic structures. Please could you cut those branches of the tree at your earliest convenience?

    This tree has been having huge branches falling in the middle of the street for the past 6 months. It happened again yesterday afternoon. The huge branches fall down onto cars and could easily injure pedestrians.
    Can you please assess if this tree is not sick and should not be removed (replaced) ?

    Can someone come and assess our sidewalk tree at 80 Thorndike St? Our neighbor thinks it needs removing. There are some dead branches and it does seem to be struggling. We are happy to have it removed and to have a new tree planted if that is indicated.

    Tree on sidewalk at 89 clay street (sidewalk in front of open yard) needs some dead areas and overhanging branches cut. The middle of the tree is dead. I was told it was looked at before it started sprouting with new leaves. I believe if you look at it now, you will see the problem. Thank you for looking into this.
