    There is a deep depression in pavement on street that wont drain and creates large puddle - in summer cars create wake and splashing and in winter constant ice build up.
    Sidewalk (cant be seen in phonot) wont drain and in winter creates ice conditions up to 2 inches deep - salt does not really work.

    Water doesn't flow to street drain because street isn't graded properly. Water is left standing for days after rain or snow. It's a breeding ground for mosquitoes & water source for rodents in summer, and a dagerous slick of ice in the winter.
