    Can the city help prevent the huge construction trucks from going down Putnam constantly? This is including the company “Hospitality Services” trucks, huge soda delivery trucks, etc the list goes on. It’s a no truck street and yet they wake everyone up at 6am. They also shake the street they weigh so much.

    Is there any way the city can make the trucks take the wider streets like Mem Drive, Sydney? Maybe it’s improved signs? Make Putnam a one way street in sections? It’s gotten out of control. Thank you.

    We commute through this intersection everyday and have witnessed multiple instances of people running red lights and nearly hitting pedestrians during the morning commute (~7:45-8:15a). In two of these instances, we have seen the same person with two children nearly struck by vehicles going through the intersection during the walk signal. We’d love to see a police officer stationed here or a crossing guard implemented as these crosswalks are heavily traveled by parents with children at this busy time of day.

    Somebody needs to enforce the bus lanes on Mass Ave in the morning. I'm tired of swerving into oncoming traffic in the lane to stop them from cutting the line, I'm scared I'll get in an accident soon.

    Today three cars ran the red light after the walk signal was on and I was waiting to cross the street. People don’t care about this light here. Please do something to make this crossing safer.

    This is do not enter except for the church parking lot for drop off and pick up, but in the morning cars and commercial vehicles cut through all the time. Cars that are going to the church parking lot drop off for school, but it should be easy enough to put an officer there once per month for the morning and afternoon to warn people or ticket the people who are menacing.

    Can a 25 mph speed limit sign be added somewhere around this location? We live a little further down Huron Avenue, and people regularly drive by at 40+ miles an hour. I noticed the only sign informing people of the speed limit is at the bottom of the hill where Huron Avenue meets Grove Street

    Every morning the bus only lanes are full of cars ignoring the poster signage. Cars speeding through the bus lane make it unsafe to turn onto Mass Ave. and increase congestions by weaving in and out of the non-bus lanes. For the bus lanes to be effective we need enforcement of traffic laws from Cambridge PD.

    Still no parking enforcement being done with the two hour parking here. Why can’t parking just do their job and residents not have to call the police to do PARKING DEPARTMENTS job??? Will this FREE parking on Winter Street ever be resolved???

    The Cambridge Police Department needs to better monitor and enforce speeding regulations in this part of Kirkland Road. Nearly every day when I commute home, I have to cross the street to get to the bus stop. On these days, I’m essentially taking my life into my own hands as people speed down this road much higher than the speed limit, and only sometimes lawfully stop at the crosswalk. Someone really needs to sit here during the evening commute and enforce the limit. Or maybe a “your speed is” sign. Otherwise, I am afraid someone might get hurt by a reckless driver.
