Sidewalk DefectOpen166 Albany Street Cambridge, Massachusetts, 02139 - CambridgeportOver time the distance between the bottom step and the sidewalk has decreased, presenting a tripping hazard. We have had multiple individuals trip while entering and leaving the building. Most recently we had an MIT faculty member injure himself and require medical treatment after he tripped on the bottom step while entering the building from Albany Street.

Sidewalk DefectOpen582 Franklin Street Cambridge, Massachusetts, 02139 - Riverside
Hello Public Works,
A few months ago the City had to do water line work in front of our place at 582 Franklin St.
Recently there has been setting and a small sinkhole at the site of the work.
See photo below.
We thought you might want to address this.
Thanks,
Fred Scholz, Margot Kempers

Sidewalk DefectOpen374 Concord Avenue Cambridge, MA, 02138, USA - Neighborhood 9The newly opened path next to Tobin is great, but it ends with a bizarre 45 degree, steep curb instead of a proper curb cut. It's really difficult for kids to ride their bikes up and down it, which is frustrating as this is the only safe infrastructure for kids to get too/from Danehy Park from Huron Village. Is this how it was designed, or this this a construction error? If the former, why?
