    Dear Madam or Sir,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing as a concerned resident regarding two trees situated in my backyard, which are owned by the city. The recent storm has exacerbated their already hazardous condition, and I fear they pose a significant risk to my property and the safety of my family.

As a responsible homeowner, I have been vigilant about maintaining my property and ensuring the safety of my surroundings. However, I regret to inform you that the two city-owned trees in question have become a source of great concern. During the recent storm, their shared canopy heavily encroached upon my property, causing extensive damage to my fence and posing an immediate threat to my house.

I would like to request the urgent removal of these backyard trees to mitigate the potential risks they pose. The following points highlight the urgency and necessity of taking action:

Imminent Hazard: The trees' precarious condition has been further worsened by the storm, making them more susceptible to breaking or falling. Given their proximity to my property, this represents an immediate hazard to both my family and my home.
Property Damage: The recent storm has already resulted in damages to my fence and surrounding structures due to the invasive branches of these trees. With further inclement weather, the risk of more severe damage increases significantly.
Public Safety: As these trees are city-owned, their hazardous state also presents a potential danger to the public and passersby in the neighborhood.
Environmental Considerations: While we value the importance of trees for our ecosystem, it is crucial to recognize that these particular trees have become a liability rather than an asset. Removing them will ensure the overall safety and wellbeing of the community.
I kindly request that the city undertake a thorough assessment of the trees' condition as soon as possible and prioritize their removal to avert any potential disaster. I understand that the city has its protocols and procedures, but given the severity of the situation, I sincerely hope that this matter can be expedited.

If required, I am more than willing to provide additional information or access to my property for assessment purposes. I am committed to working together with the city to find a solution that guarantees the safety of all residents.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I eagerly await your response and hope for a swift resolution to address this hazardous situation. Please feel free to contact me at 5172942027 or jeffreyhyhsh@gmail.com if you need any further details.

Someone dumped debris and vegetation just east of Evergreen Park entrance. That along with the overgrown Brush/vegetation along Valley Dr. leaves barely one lane for traffic.

A sidewalk crack at the base of a tree on the lawn and extension between these two properties is the entry for a hornets nest. Dogs and I were both stung by merely walking past. Homeowner has previously put up a sign, but it’s gone, and the problem has not been addressed.

N- Fuller East Of Bonisteel Ann Arbor, MI 48109, USA - Ann Arbor
the left turn lane from westbound Fuller on to bonesteel needs to be closed. northbound bonesteel is closed but there's no signs letting you know that it's closed so then you end up either stuck in the left turn lane trying to force your way back to the right, or sometimes people are thinking Southbound bonesteel is two ways and it is not.
