    Baldwin Place was recently repaved. The final outcome is not what we expected from fresh asphalt. There are multiple spots where there is excess asphalt. There are seams, the surface is quite bumpy and there is asphalt on some of the driveways.

    I understand staffing delays, but 4 months is a little ridiculous We've called 3 times and they just keep apologizing and saying they can put a rush order in, but they can't make the crew do it
