There are many dead hanging branches from this tree that are in danger of falling on the cars parked on Santa Maria, especially when the winter comes and ice/frost builds up.

The tree is dead and I’m afraid it may fall on my home. And at and time of the summer it’s full of bees and branches fall all the time. It been marked to be cut down, but it been two year's not yet.

This tree is extremely overgrown and needs to be trimmed. limbs have been falling and damaging the homeowners vehicles

In 2021, the tree roots was under the grass and has grown and lead toward the front lawn of the home. As of 2025 convention sidewalk work and roots grinding was done, the roots are now very exposed high above the sidewalk. The tree site may be unsafe and dangerous in case of a rain or winter storm.
