Hello, please help. This is a trash. Can with no wills or lid the people that stand at the corner of the freeway dragged it down the street, left it at the park, and it's been there for weeks, people keep putting trash in there. And trash is getting blown everywhere on a daily. Please remove this garbage can from the front of the park this can belongs to know one...its sitting right at the beginning of the park ,no wheels no lid

Tree was removed at curb in front on 18081 Shields 4-6 weeks ago. Contractor never cleaned up the debris/mess after completion. Branches and sticks are up & down both sides of street. Work for removal of other trees on the street during the same timeframe was cleaned up. See photos. Thanks
